Red pork
Mao's red pork – Hong Shao rou. I love dishes with history. Among them is this spicy pork is a favorite dish of the Great Chinese helmsman Mao Zedong. Mao attributed the words: "Who does not eat red pepper, he is not a revolutionary." Mao believed that meat-eating stimulates the brain, and hot pepper prolongs life. The red pork is cooked in China to this day, it can be found in many Chinese restaurants called "Home food of Chairman Mao" or "Family dish of Mao Zedong". Ingredients

  • Pork

  • Soy sauce

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Ginger

    20 g

  • Star anise

  • Cinnamon

  • Chili

    1 piece

  • Wine rice

    1 Tbsp

  • Brown sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Green onions

Cooking

Take the bacon, put into cold water, bring to a boil and cook for 7-8 minutes, take out the meat, allow it to cool, cut into pieces 2 cm
