The cooking process is not fast, but simple enough and worth it to prepare this tasty meat. Well, let's start? Here are the products we need

Meat cut into thin slices and put in a bowl. Peel the garlic and chop. A few sprigs of parsley grind.

Add chopped parsley and garlic to the meat and vegetable oil, a little salt and vinegar, mix well and marinade for about 15 minutes.

Onions cleaned and cut into rings (half-rings). My peppers and remove seeds and partitions, cut into spikelets. Tomatoes cut into large slices.
