Burgers
First tried these meatballs at a friend's birthday and fell in love with them immediately!!! :)

Ingredients

  • Minced chicken

    750 g

  • Minced meat

    250 g

  • Bread crumbs

    2 Tbsp

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sour cream

    200 ml

  • Dill

  • Salt

  • Khmeli-suneli

Prepared chicken mince (I have lumpy) mix with pork mince. Breadcrumbs pour the warm milk and leave for 15 minutes. Instead of breadcrumbs use stale bread. Clean the onion and grind in a blender or grate on a coarse grater. At the end of the time mix together the beef, soaked breadcrumbs, chopped onion. Salt, add spices and knead well.

To prepare the filling. To do this, RUB on a large grater cheese (I shredded in a blender)

To drive two eggs, add sour cream and dill (I dill frozen). All mix well

Stuffing divide into 20 equal balls. To be safe I made a baking tray with baking paper. Each ball on the baking sheet with wet fingers to gently shape the nest

In each socket to put dessert spoon the stuffing. I had large eggs, so the filling turned out watery, but it does not matter - will be baked and still be delicious!!

Now we need to place our pan in a preheated 200 degree oven and let bake the nests for about 30 minutes before Browning the toppings.
