Loved this recipe with 3 ingredients: a little butter, custard cream and loads of nuts! And caramel zest gives the dish a unique flavor. Prepares simple, it turns out as creamy nutty dessert! I hope will be useful to someone! :)

Cooking
We need 60 gr. of sugar and 2 egg yolks.
Will beat into a soft mousse to cream.

Beat until thick cream. For about 5 minutes.
Hazelnuts and almonds finely cut. All the nuts will add to Easter.
We introduce the orange zest.

Carefully lay out our Easter.
Cover the top with cloth and put in refrigerator under Pres for 4-5 hours. I have stood all night.
Ready Easter is easily removed. It becomes very dense. To cut it better with a wet knife! All of the upcoming holiday!
