Gingerbread
Cakes... Tasty, fruity. Try it!!!

Ingredients

  • Margarine

    200 g

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Flour

    2.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Vanilla sugar

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Jelly

    1 pack

This is what you will need for making cakes.

Margarine (room temperature) whipped with sugar. Add the eggs,

a pack of jelly. Beat.

Mix the flour with the baking powder and vanilla sugar and add to oil mixture.

Knead a soft dough. To put on 20 minutes in the refrigerator.

Preheat the oven to 180*C. Baking vystelit baking paper. Divide the dough into balls the size of a walnut and place on a baking sheet. Press down lightly with a fork. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
