Description
A delicate, silky texture, easy to prepare the avocado sauce with the aroma of Basil is perfect for meat and fish. They can fill lettuce or iceberg salad, pasta or just eat as a snack with bread.

Cooking
Wash two sprigs of Basil, pinch off the leaves and allow to dry, spread on a paper towel.
Avocado peeled, cut into slices and fold all remaining ingredients into a food processor or blender.
Grind until smooth. Adjust the taste, adding, if necessary, salt and pepper. That's all. The sauce is ready. You can serve immediately.
