For preparation of sponge cake combine egg, sugar, sour cream, soda.

Soak gelatine in 70 g of water, leave to swell. To dissolve but do not boil! Beat the yogurt (if you like sweeter you can add sugar). Continuing to whisk, add the cooled gelatin.
