Draniki Belarusian
The basis of Belarusian cuisine were dishes from grated potato draniki, kolduny, dracena, potato casserole and grandma. There are three way grater potatoes and the type of the resulting potato mass.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    1.5 kg

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.4 tsp

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Pork

    300 g

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Brisket

    20 g

Cooking

Shred the peeled potatoes on the slicer or potato grater

Mix with flour, egg, salt and pepper

Fry pancakes with two sides until Golden brown

Cut strips of salty bacon

Cut onion half rings

Strips of sliced pork

Fry until Golden brown onions and add pork, fry a little

In each Cup put a few pieces of bacon

Then put the pancakes - and so three times - in layers

Sauteed pork with onions, add sour cream mixed with flour, sprinkle with salt and pepper - cook sauce for our pancakes.

Poured into the pot and close the lids. Put in a preheated 170 degree oven for 45-55 minutes
