Cooking
Chicken fillet cut into strips season with salt and pepper and dip in beaten egg.
Chop the dill and mix with the breadcrumbs. Roll sticks and fry in a well heated pan.
Fry for 7-10 minutes on each side.
To prepare the dip. Cottage cheese, sour cream, lemon juice put in a bowl. Add the finely chopped onion and crushed garlic. All mix well, the sauce is ready.
