Carrot-cheese casserole
Gentle casserole for Breakfast.

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    7 piece

  • Cheese

    1 cup

  • Semolina

    0.5 cup

  • Milk

    3.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Bread crumbs

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

  • Salt

Carrots should be cut into pieces, put in a saucepan, pour water so that it barely covered the carrots, place over low heat and cook until tender. Then the carrot mash into a puree.

Cook thick porridge.

In the mess, put the carrots, cheese, eggs, sugar, salt. Mix.

The form in which you will bake the casserole, brush with oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Then pour the cheese-carrot mass into shape.

Bake in a well preheated oven.

The finished pudding can be served with jam or sour cream.
