Cake
Today, our favorite site for a whole year... I think this is our common holiday, because here we found many friends, learned many new things, together we improve and grow... Congratulations to all my favorite chefs, organizers of the site and all those who in the future look into our cosy warm little world... It's certainly not a masterpiece... it's a little wonky and clumsy... but it's from the heart!!!

Ingredients

  • Sour cream

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Egg white

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Powdered sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Condensed milk

    0.5 can

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Dark chocolate

    100 g

  • Fruit puree

    100 g

  • Apricot

    500 g

Cooking

Whisk the eggs with the sugar.

Enter the sour cream, stir until smooth.

Add the condensed milk.

Add baking soda, then the flour.

Pour the dough in and oiled with a form that I have always spread the edges with foil.

The dough is divided into cakes... at the beginning there were three of them, but one my husband ate)))

Grease the cake apricot applesauce.

Put the apricots tightly.

Upper Korzh coat with pureskill, greased side is put on the apricots.

Whisk in a solid foam proteins with powdered sugar.

And then as always the batteries... Draw on tracing the desired pattern, put on top of the film. The film chocolate, draw the contour, carefully place on a hard surface (e.g. a tray) in the freezer until the drawing is set. Then a frozen picture move the on protein Fudge.

Enjoy the delicate cake with a fragrant layer of apricots, nice acidity, slight sweetness and... indescribable pleasure... because in the soul - HOLIDAY!!!
