Chocolate cupcakes with filling
Chocolate cupcakes stuffed with cherry is a classic combination of flavors. Cherry and chocolate pastry perfectly complement each other. The muffins come out very chocolatey, with the addition in the dough of chocolate and cocoa. And filling of juicy cherries with a touch of tartness is a good foil for the sweetness of cupcakes.

Ingredients

To the melted butter add broken pieces of chocolate. Stir to dissolve the chocolate.

In the form insert paper liners with a diameter of 5 cm (instead of the form with the liners you can use silicone muffin tins). In each mold spread in incomplete tablespoon of dough, slightly even out and spread the filling. For the filling you can use berries, fruits, jam or jam of your choice. In this case, I pre-thawed cherries. Spread on top 1 tsp. of dough to filling was closed. With a spoon dipped in water slightly even out the surface. I got 12 cupcakes in paper liners and 3 cupcake I baked in silicone molds (diameter 4 cm).
