Pork with potatoes baked in foil.

Cooking
Pork tenderloin wash. Make oblique incisions.
Onion cut into half rings. Salt, pepper. Can't wrinkle bow hands. Put a bow on top of the tenderloin and gently all peremeshaem. Cover with cling film and put in the refrigerator. I left for the night, but an hour or two.
When the meat is marinated, put it on the foil. Only without the bow. Potatoes cut.
And mix in onions, where marinated meat.
Put the potatoes (without onions too) in cuts of meat around.
Suscipiam the edges of the foil.
Better to do it all in a pan to have when carrying the foil is not torn.
Send our meat to a preheated oven (180-190 degrees) for 1 hour. After an hour open the foil and bake for another 20 minutes. I have vegetable oil (slightly) from top to anoint. To the potatoes weren't dry.
Put on a plate. The meat is not dry but not too juicy.
