Description
To "Cook" a lot of meatloaf recipes, but the cheese crust I have found, so post your recipe, borrowed from a friend. If this recipe is already on the website - I apologize. Roll it's filling and nutritious, you can safely apply for a festive table and an ordinary dinner.

Cooking
To start making our roll "shirt" - eggs + mayonnaise + cheese (grated on a coarse grater) = mix and pour on baking paper or greased foil, or oiled baking sheet, BUT all should be well greased, otherwise it will be impossible then it's all "pull out" ( I was pouring out on paper, but then it separated from the mass). Put in oven for 20 minutes 200 C.
While baking, the wrapping, prepare the stuffing according to the classic recipe - ground beef + onion + egg + a little salt (if you take a salty kind of cheese) + pepper + spices = stir.
Get our "shirts", allow to cool slightly, remove from paper or foil, put on the table (to make it easy to fold). It resembles an omelet, not very hard, but not falling apart
Gently distribute the stuffing.
Rolled into a roll shape, if the "shirts" in some places broken - it does not matter, it is easy to "patch up".
Put on a baking sheet in the oven for 40 minutes in 200 C. take out, let cool, cut into beautiful wedges and served to the table. Best is the roll to use with the tomatoes,they shade it a taste and add freshness.
