Cooking

step-0
Here is everything you need.
step-1
Prepare the dough. I won't bore You with a description of each small step - because the list further action: whisk egg with sugar until light foam. Add milk, melted butter and zest of half an orange. Beat again. Mix flour with baking powder and gradually add to the mixture. Knead the dough. Give it 10 minutes to settle.
step-2
When your dough is ready, roll balls 40. In principle, the balls may be slightly larger or smaller, but the number must be even!
step-3
Preheat the oven to 180°.. Put the balls on, covered with baking paper baking sheet, slightly press the balls to form hemisphere.
step-4
Bake 10-12 minutes in Sredny of the oven, 5-6 minutes on one side, turn the baking tray 180° and, still the same. It is desirable to remove before the appearance of Golden brown that, unfortunately, this time I failed
step-5
Hemisphere while still warm, with a teaspoon remove the pulp, that was where to put the stuffing. Now is a hemisphere.
step-6
Prepare the filling: mix cheese, zest of half an orange, orange juice and sugar.
step-7
Stuffed with our hemisphere.
step-8
Next, take the two hemispheres, choosing the appropriate size and connect them.
step-9
Dilute food dye to desired colour intensity. I have pasta, which is not soluble in water. Because, dissolve it in 50 ml. of vodka. Pour into a bowl of sugar. With a brush paint each ball of cake, the resulting solution of the dye and, while cake is still wet, dip them in sugar. Cover with cling film and give a couple of hours to stand. The filling is impregnated with our "apricots" and they will become soft and tender. Before serving, decorate with leaves of lemon balm or mint. Bon appetit!
