Description
Yesterday was such a hectic day, what about dinner, woke up pretty late. With melancholy thought: "Well, the pasta or the pasta?" And maybe, after all... Open the fridge, well, I forgot about the salmon? In the freezer there is a piece of puff pastry, and in the cupboard - a jar of canned asparagus. For work...

Cooking
Puff pastry roll out and put into a pre-greased form. Prick the bottom.
Cover with baking paper and pour on the bottom of peas, beans, pebbles washed clean... in my case -- ceramic balls (each hostess your little secret). Put in a preheated 180 C oven for 10 min.
Salmon cut into large cubes.
Chop the asparagus. If you honestly, I prefer to make this pie with fresh green asparagus, but it is not the season:) But so, too bad.
After 10 min. the dough can get a little cool. The bottom sprinkle with half of cheese.
Put salmon and asparagus.
Beat sour cream with eggs. Add remaining cheese, salt, pepper and add nutmeg to taste. Pour this mixture into the salmon and asparagus.
Bake for 30 - 40 min at 180 ° C.
