Grate cheese on a fine grater.
Ham (pork) cut into cubes 1 × 1 cm.
Melt butter, add egg and flour, mix well.
Add cheese and knead the dough, adding a little flour. It is very soft. We divide the dough into pieces, put in the middle of the ham (pork).
And gently shape the meatballs. Spread on a baking tray lined with parchment.
