For me autumn is a time of harvest. Especially a lot in my garden apples. So bake your favorite pies to the men. This cake is very quick and simple to prepare, and most importantly - it's delicious!

Cooking
The big Apple (or two small) cut into slices, pour 2 tbsp lemon juice 2 tbsp brown sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon.
Now for the cooking test. We will need 100 g butter, 100 g cheese, 100 g flour and 1 egg.
Butter, cheese and flour to grind into crumbs, add 1 egg (small) and quickly knead the dough. If the cheese is very wet, flour may need a little more. Roll out on floured table.
And now to pass on to a baking sheet or in a baking pan to form a crease. In these folds spread out the Apple slices and brush with remaining apples from the syrup. Refrigerate for half an hour.
Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.
