The dough for the thin and crispy pizza
The dough for those who like thin and crispy pizza. For those who have not obtained a yeast dough. The recipe comes from an American cookbook that became a bestseller. Running a few steps and get a crispy pizza. PS: this batter is traditional for the South of France.


  • Water

    0.75 cup

  • Sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Yeast

    1 tsp

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    1.75 cup


1. Pour into a bowl 1/4 Cup of water and add sugar and yeast, stir until then, until the sugar and yeast dissolved. Once the sugar and yeast has dissolved, leave to stand for 5 minutes. Important: stir with a wooden spoon. 2. Add remaining water, butter, salt, flour. Stir with a wooden spoon until until the dough takes shape.
3. Put the dough on a flat surface and beat in 5 minutes.
4. We shift the dough in the bowl, pre-oiled, and close (Important!) the plastic cover, remove in a warm place for 1 hour
