Chocolate cheesecake in a microwave
Very tender, and delicious chocolate pudding without flour. Holds shape well, easy to cook and enjoyable. Cook for 9 minutes. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Semolina

    4 Tbsp

Proteins separated from the yolks. Proteins vzbit to strong peaks. In another bowl, whisk the egg yolks, cocoa, sugar, semolina.

Add cheese and sour cream and whisk. Carefully enter the proteins and mix with a spatula.

In the form pour our pudding and put in microwave for 9 min at 800 watts of power. Allow to cool, flip. Serve with fruit, berries or ice cream.
