The site has a lot of different recipes jelly. I want to offer you my recipe for the jelly. Make it without sugar. instead of sugar add honey and tasty, and sweet, and helpful. Indeed, under the influence of high temperatures honey loses its beneficial properties (in baking, for example), and then to heat it is not necessary, and all useful properties remain! Ingredients

  • Gelatin

    30 g

  • Sour cream

    500 ml

  • Honey

    3 Tbsp

  • Cocoa powder

    3 Tbsp

  • Water

    1 cup

Jelly turns thick enough, if you like softer structure - take 2 tsp of gelatin (20 Gy). Cover the gelatine with cold water and leave to swell for 40-60 minutes (as the instructions on the packaging). Then heat the gelatin over low heat until dissolved and cool.

In sour cream add the honey, mix well. Those who have no honey - can be replaced by 1/2 Cup. sugar, but honey is better!
