Description

Spicy ice cream made from avocado
As well as a warm sauce for fish and vegetables. Do you like unusual combinations? For example, how do you feel about ice cream of avocado with two kinds of pepper, garlic and lemon juice? But if the same ingredients apply to you in the form of warm sauce for fish or vegetables? ))) In General, solid questions. For answers go into the recipe. PS Hesitated, specifying the category for this recipe. Decided to write "Ice cream" because it kept the sauce/ice cream frozen.

Cooking

step-0
Avocados should be very soft, ripe. In our stores often sell hard, unripe fruits. But it does not matter! A few days of storage at room temperature and the fruit will ripen and become soft. So, avocado peel and remove the seeds, cut into pieces. Immediately sprinkle with lemon juice, otherwise the avocado will darken, and the ice cream will turn an unpleasant gray color.
step-1
To avocado pour in heavy cream and natural unsweetened yogurt salt and pepper to taste, add half of the chopped garlic cloves.
step-2
Whip with an immersion blender until smooth, creamy mass. Add a small piece of finely chopped chilli. Stir and remove the sample. You might want to add the remaining half garlic clove with salt, pepper or lemon juice.
step-3
Transfer to a container and put into the freezer for 3 hours or more. You can make ice cream using ice cream maker. I stirred the ice cream during freezing; the consistency of it, however, turned out creamy, no ice crystals.
step-4
Get a container of ice cream from the freezer, let stand a bit at room temperature and using a spoon to form a ball.
step-5
And if the same scoop of ice cream to warm up, you will get a lovely, delicious warm sauce for fish or vegetables.
