Cupcake
There is one cupcake, the taste of which is familiar to me from childhood, my mom always baked it in the "Miracle stove", only here at me it does not work... Ingredients

  • Sunflower oil

  • Soda

Beat the eggs with sugar, gradually add 1.5 cups flour and again beat well with a mixer. Add the vegetable oil and whisk.

Add remaining Cup of flour. Soda mixed with citric acid, pour in the batter, stir and add half Cup boiling water (can be milk, compote or juice), but certainly the boiling water. Beat well with a mixer. Add nuts, raisins or poppy. I added a handful of nuts and raisins.
