Spicy chocolate cake with plums/ Torta di cioccolato piccante e prugne
And again we are in Italy, what could be better than a glass of fragrant red wine and piece of chocolate cake with tart plums.

Ingredients

  • Dark chocolate

    360 g

  • Flour

    120 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Brown sugar

    60 g

  • Leavening agent

    10 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    0.5 piece

  • Drain

    9 piece

Cooking

240 g of dark chocolate melt in a water bath.

The remaining 120 g of chocolate grated, half a pod of red pepper chopped.

Eggs, yolks and sugar vzbit in a lush foam with a mixer at high speed. Add the vanilla sugar.

Add the flour with the baking powder, melted chocolate, remaining grated chocolate (120 grams) of red hot pepper. Mix well.

Form of grease with butter and put the dough, wetting the hands in hot water, as the dough turns thick. Wash plums and cut in half, lay them on the dough, slightly press. Generally, ideally this cake is made with yellow plums, but we have them now not to find, so I bought and used those who were. But I'll note that here will be just the perfect yellow plum or even blue, but their homemade plum as the purchase tasteless. Bake in a preheated 190 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
