Description
Finally, yesterday I opened my old Hungarian cookbook. No, of course I opened it before... but there everything is written in Hungarian language... I do not understand, and all the recipes without the photos (in my diary I have a photo of this book)... and read, of course, I want her... had to take a thick, kilograms 2, dictionary and work... I Started with a recipe on the first opened page, which was the smallest text. :) And don't laugh, the Hungarian language is something.... I love sweet cakes with poppy seeds and walnuts. I baked, photographed and tell you. The recipe is very simple.

Cooking
Prepare a stuffing of walnuts and poppy. I shredded all the Hungarian special fixture (see photo in my journal you can understand how it works).
Here is a mix in powdered form. Very convenient thing for 3 minutes and you're done.
Raisins soaked in warm water. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees, grease with butter and sprinkle with flour form. Whisk the eggs with the sugar,
Add sour cream, grated lemon zest and melted margarine. Mix well. Add flour and baking powder.
Add to the dough with our blend of ground poppy seed and nuts, and then the dried raisins. Mix thoroughly.
Put into the form and put in the already heated oven. Baking time depends on the thickness of the form. I have, as you can see, is low. And baked about 20-30 minutes. But you need to follow in order not to overdry. I checked often, because the book didn't specify a time, because the plate I have no thermometer because the dough is still not greasy. Afraid that there will be nothing to show You. :)
Get the pie, sprinkle with mixture of powdered sugar and vanilla sugar until cooled. Then cut like brownies. Here is a photo on the cut. In the book I advise you to decorate the way: melt 20 ounces of milk chocolate, add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and water. White with brown will look good.
Well, since we already have summer in full swing, I went out and photographed everything in the sun... Give all the cooks a piece of the sun and each of the Daisy... :)
