Meatballs in Swedish
In Sweden this dish is called "steak a La lindström", whether on behalf of the seafarer Lindstrom Hendrick, who loved this combination of products, whether named Marie Christine Lindstrom, supposedly invented this dish. Burgers - they are in Africa meatballs, but these added boiled potatoes and beets. Of course, they are terribly useful because of the beet, which is known to be extremely necessary for activity of the intestine, that is particularly indicated for children, the elderly and pregnant women, and everyone else at the same time. In the end, it's tasty and unusual. I invite you to try.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    300 g

  • Beets

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Onion

    4 piece

  • Pickled cucumber

    4 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

Cooking
