Rye homemade sourdough bread
The recipe for the bread machine.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Rye flour

    1.5 cup

  • Sourdough

    2 Tbsp

  • Black tea

    1 cup

  • Salt

    2 tsp

  • Milk

    2 Tbsp

  • Cocoa powder

    1 tsp

  • Yeast

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

Preparation starter: In a glass container (jar 700ml)mix the ingredients for sourdough, water add this amount to the result was the batter. Cover the jar with a cloth and leave in a warm place for 18 hours. Kept this starter in the refrigerator, so that you can safely store it until use.

Lay the ingredients for the bread in order with tab products in the instructions for Your bread machine (from dry ingredients to the water or Vice versa). Bread bake medium size in the "Rye bread", if this mode is not provided , then in Bake mode->Whole Wheat mode (for baking of bread from wheat flour, including adding the rye flour).
