Pie with cabbage and meatballs
Another recipe Valentina Turcan, this time not sweet option. The cake turns out very tasty and filling, and may well be a full second meal)

Ingredients

First, make the dough. Take from the total amount of water of 100 ml, heated to lukewarm, pour in 0.5 liter jar put 1 tsp sugar (from the total)and yeast. I have a very high quality yeast TM".Oetker".

We add here the sifted flour to the dough consistency as pancakes, stir and put into a warm place, no cover.

After 15 minutes the yeast mixture should rise to the neck of the banks.

While suitable dough, mix in large bowl the sour cream, whey, butter, salt, remaining water and sugar. Heated on low heat until warm, stirring all the time to not curdle the sour cream. Salt and sugar should dissolve.

Add approached the dough, stir and gradually add the sifted flour, knead the dough for 10-15 minutes. The finished dough should be soft but not stick to hands. The dishes with the dough tighten with cling film, in which make a little hole, and put in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours. The dough should increase by 2-3 times.

While our dough is"gaining strength", prepare the filling. Shinkuem onions and cabbage.

In hot oil fry the onion for a couple minutes, add the cabbage and stew on low heat under a lid until tender, salt, pepper. Cabbage can be made more crisp by increasing the fire, being careful not to overheat.
