Tropical dessert fast food. Original title in Portuguese: Bananas Douradas com Licor de Cafe. One of the recipes using coffee liqueur from my collection.

Cooking
To clean up the banana from the peel. Slice. Preheat a frying pan butter and fry the bananas until Golden brown. It is important not to give any oil or bananas to burn! The amount of bananas depends on the number of guests, the butter and sugar, add 1 tablespoon for each banana. A liqueur - like people will like, but the main thing is not to overdo it with yours! ;-)
Too ripe or already overripe bananas are not suitable for frying! It is better to choose a sweet, but slightly greenish bananas with firm flesh. Fried bananas put into serving bowls.
In the same pan fry unrefined sugar (muscovado) until obtaining a caramel. Better to use unrefined cane sugar, any You available, from yellow to black. Because of the special taste and aroma of melasi that refined sugar no longer has.
In the finished caramel add a shot of any coffee liqueur.

Boil a little (about 1 min) caramel with liqueur and still hot pour the syrup on the bananas. Dessert is ready! Bon appetit! P. S. it's time to serve dessert with a scoop of vanilla and/or chocolate ice cream. As someone like that.
