Air pumpkin muffins
Suggest You try air, pumpkin rolls on the condensed milk. This is my commemorative 100th recipe and scones baked all of You for treats! Come on in, have some fun!

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    250 g

  • Milk

    30 ml

  • Yeast

    4 g

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Butter

    20 g

  • Condensed milk

    100 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    260 g

  • Sesame

The pumpkin to cook in any convenient way for You. I boiled and mashed with a fork, excess fluid was removed by using sieves. Turned 130g pumpkin. In milk dissolve the yeast, add the salt, vanilla sugar, softened butter and condensed milk. Mix everything carefully. Next, add the pumpkin and 2/3 flour. Stir and slowly begin to enter the remaining flour. It took me 260g flour, guided by the flour.

The dough turns smooth and soft, does not stick to hands. Put the dough in a warm place for 1 hour before increasing in volume twice.

After the time the to press down dough and divide into 7 parts, of which form round buns.

Rolls put in a warm place for 30 minutes to increase in volume. Before baking, coat the buns with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees. Be guided by your oven.
