Description
Cucumbers really work out hard and crunchy. Recipe without vinegar and without unnecessary problems.

Cooking
The cucumbers soak for several hours in the water, trim the ends, lay out on the banks. Within each 3-liter jar to put 1-1,5 heads of garlic (depending on size), dill, 1 faceted pile of salt. Fill the cucumbers with cold water (preferably from a well). Jar to shake things up a bit, the salt was dispersed.
Put filled jars on the window sill for 1-2 days, depending on temperature.
Cucumbers should zabinitsa and a little prokatitsya.
Pour the brine, the cucumbers a good rinse.
In each jar add 1 tablespoon of salt, pour boiling water and roll.
