Cooking
In a food processor grind the cornflakes (I had the remains of "biscotti", which I added, but it is not a required ingredient, so it is wrote).
Mix with softened butter, cocoa and liqueur
And spread on the bottom of the form ( preferably split) on the silicone film and put in the refrigerator.
[b]Do cottage cheese cream:[/b] whisk the cream with sugar until stiff, gradually adding the cheese, yogurt and gelatin. Preparation of gelatin - according to the instructions on the package, because the method of preparation of agar-agar and gelatin are slightly different. Cook in a small amount of milk or cream and prior to introduction into cheese mass is cooled.
