Rice
Mit Reiskuchen Cuerbis - essentially, a casserole is a very Sunny, juicy and flavorful, and looks like a pie. Instead of pumpkin you can cook with zucchini, only the color is not so festive :) "Pie" nice and hot, and cold.

Ingredients

  • Sour cream

First prepare the hot broth. Peel and cut in small cubes onion.

In the heated oil pripuskaet onions and rice for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour hot broth, stir, reduce heat to low, cover the pot with a lid and leave on low heat for 15 minutes. From time to time preparing rice it will be necessary to stir.

While preparing rice. pumpkin RUB on a coarse grater, shred the Basil.

After 15 minutes... the rice has absorbed almost all the broth.

Can be served as a side dish to meat or fish, can be eaten as a separate dish. Delicious in hot or cold.
