Basically the recipe is orange juice, diluted with water, but the jam from "Mahe" well it replaces. Jam "Mahe" put in the glass and pour 1/2 Cup of cold water, stir.
Melt butter. Pour it into the flour and grind to make a baby.
Slowly pour in the orange water and knead a soft dough. Wrap in cling film and leave on the table for 30 minutes.
While the dough rests, make filling. The original is almond, but I had it enough, and I added a little hazelnut and walnut. Pokrocile nuts in small pieces. Add sugar, stir and pour in a teaspoon of orange water. The filling should be raw, we need to from it was to slap the ball.
Half an hour passed and we roll out our dough with a thickness of 2 mm, forming in the process a rectangle. Now divide it into squares with sides of about 10 cm.
Now each side in the middle of the incision, not completely. Of the filling, make a ball and put in the middle.
Now shape the flower. To do this, first connect at the top of all the corners of the square.
Then connect the bottom corners. If it is bad will stick together, brush the edges with liquid (water, juice, protein, etc.)
Baking tray lay a paper and arrange the flowers. Bake at 180*C for 10-15 min MORE. Otherwise you'll overdry it. They remain white.
Remove, cool and sprinkle with cocoa. (In the original powdered sugar.)
