Description

Corn-rice muffins
This is a great recipe for flavorful, healthy, beautiful pastries. As toppings I used Turkey sausage, but you can use anything. For example, pieces of bacon or salmon, cutlets or sausages, cheese (such as Adyghe), you can make a sweet stuffing... anything that tells you your imagination and taste!

Ingredients

  • Rice flour

    1 cup

  • Corn flour

    0.75 cup

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Salt

    0.75 tsp

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Sausage

    3 piece

Cooking

step-0
In a bowl mix all dry ingredients: rice and corn flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
step-1
In another bowl mix milk, eggs and melted butter (not hot).
step-2
Then bulk ingredients combine with the liquid, stirring constantly.
step-3
Fill the tins with muffins test. In the middle, insert a piece of sausage so it was a little above the level of the test. Bake at 180 degrees until dry splinter (about 15 minutes).
