Marinated tomatoes in the microwave
Found this recipe a few years ago in the vastness of the net. Made a trial spin and realized that I very like. Fast and not troublesome. Do tomatoes now, the only way. I was very satisfied with the jars of 1 liter, because I do not like big.

Ingredients

  • Tomato

  • Salt

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

  • Carnation

    2 piece

  • Allspice

    3 piece

  • Black pepper

    4 piece

The amount of ingredients are given for a quart jar. I only use them because I have a microwave placed in cans of 1 liter, not more. For cans of a different size, you just need to calculate the amount of ingredients. On the bottom of the jar (the jar is well washed and scalded with boiling water or prosterilizovat) put perezi, garlic and Bay leaf. Place all the tomatoes washed. You are whole and you can cut. Most importantly, the tomatoes were thick and meaty.

In a jar pour boiling water to the level of the shoulders. Put in microwave on maximum power ( 800W I) TO the BOILING WATER! The boiling time is different for everyone. It depends on the power of the microwave. A time is chosen, say, the method of "spear". I usually put at the beginning for 5 minutes. At the end of time open and see water boil in the Bank or not. If not put another 5 minutes.

When the water boils, take out the jar, pour the vinegar and roll up. Good wrap and leave to cool. Store in the pantry. After the first trial, the amount of salt, sugar and vinegar can be increase or decrease if you need. Or initially you can use your proportions of the ingredients. It does not matter. The most important thing to bring the water in the pot to BOIL!!!
