Wine-walnut chicken in the Bank
Chicken in wine with walnuts.

Ingredients

  • Chicken thigh

Thigh washed, slightly wet, RUB with salt and pepper. Chop onions, garlic to crush. Preheat the oven to 190C. Put chicken in a jar - at the bottom - the olive oil, garlic, a little dill, chicken, walnuts (so we shift layers). Pour the wine. It took me about 130 ml., depending on the degree of fullness of the banks. To pour the wine jar is not the end, leave 5-7 cm, as the hen will let the juice during cooking. On top sprinkle with dill and garlic. The bow also comes in a jar. Bank anything I have not covered, but you can cover with foil only if it is you will have to stand in the oven in a pan with cold water.

Put the jar with chicken in the oven (no manipulation of the pan and water is not required, the Bank will not crack if it were not frozen!) on 40 minutes. Then diminish the fire to 170-160 and tormented for another 20 minutes. Turn off the oven, but the Bank does not take out, until she's a little cold and the chicken in it will not cease to boil.
