In the kitchen, each country has its own method of cooking fried rice! In Thailand it is served at every step. Fried rice in Thai is called "Kaw pad" – literally, "fried rice". If necessary, you can clarify, what: "Kaw pad Kai" egg "KAU pad Gai" – chicken "Kaw pad Moo" – with meat "KAU pad Goong" with prawns. In my recipe I add and egg and chicken and shrimp and also love to add pineapple. It is very well suited to rice.

Pour in the lightly beaten egg and fry for another 1 minute.
Add chicken broth, soy sauce, curry and sugar, all mix.
Add the chopped chicken and fry for 5 minutes.
Add the rice (watch, to avoid lumps), shrimp and pineapple. Stir.
Fry for 5 minutes, remove from heat, add chopped green onion, stir.
And to the table! Sprinkle top of green onions and... mentally go to Thailand!
