Onion pie with bacon
This tender, flavorful cake I dedicate to the girls of action "Coloring", which always will help, will appreciate and support. With the wonderful spring holiday, my dear! The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2008, cook dydykca called "Onion pie", and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring"

Ingredients

Mix cheese, milk, egg, vegetable oil, salt, baking powder and flour, and knead the dough. It should slightly stick to the hands and to be gentle. The dough cover with cling film and put in fridge for min 30 minutes.

Let's prepare the filling. Onions cut by cubes.

Fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown, at the end of a little salt.

In a bowl, lightly beat 2 eggs, add sour cream, one-third teaspoon ground nutmeg (lovers can add more, you do not add at all), ground black pepper, salt, and mix thoroughly to obtain a homogeneous mass.
