This salad and with such a name I saw in the supermarket, in the Department of salads. And he drew me exactly kiwi slices that were sprinkled on top of salad. Just exactly like scattered emeralds. And to know the composition does not require much effort - it is painted on the price tag. Today I made it already half eaten with pleasure.

Here our products have all boiled. Nuts, raisins and garlic I took on the "eye" and taste.
Carrots, cheese and eggs RUB on a grater+mayonnaise and knead well.
After + steamed raisins, chopped nuts and garlic. Stir again and taste. If something is missing - add (garlic, maybe salt or pepper).
