Lemon loaf
The website has a huge number of different rolls of the past... just don't see it! So I decided to share my recipe with you because he, first, is very simple, and secondly perfect, I say without false modesty! Bake it for many years, dozens of times and always turns out great! Moreover, there are no unnecessary ingredients, soda, baking powder, but the dough is very soft, elastic and curvy. Cream, of course, you can take any, but I advise you to try this, light acidity and a soft cream complements the sweetness of the biscuit.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Flour

    5 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    5 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Cream

    300 ml

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Powdered sugar

    3 Tbsp

First prepare the dough. Separate the yolks from the whites. Take eggs straight from the fridge.

Sent in a preheated 200C oven for 10-12 minutes. Will not overdo. I say this because ovens are different and if you saw out the window that the roll becomes Golden, then remove. You can't overdry, to make it easier to twist. I have not had this roll of such problems, it is easily twisted and broken.

Immediately flip it over on a towel and right from a paper towel roll roll. Leave for 10 minutes. Then expand, it will be clear that the form we have already given. Now cool completely.

While cooling, prepare the cream. Whisk cold cream until whipped (be careful! do not kill them in butter!), then add the powder. Try it - if you have enough, add more. I just don't like sweets much, so not much added.

Then add the cream, zest and lemon juice, mix for a little while. The cream is ready!

To the cooled roulade and spread the cream dispensed. Twisted and put into the fridge for 40 minutes to have all soaked and frozen.

You can decorate the remnants of the butter cream, but I just sprinkled powder and lemon. Serve delicious tea!

This is the same roll, only in the test 2 tablespoons cocoa and sour cream with a cherry! Delicious option.
