In addition, I really like the proposed there is the option of rolling dough and sculpting themselves placing. So was born a "multinational" name :) it Turns out very tasty, tender and satisfying, and most importantly - fast! Try it! Bon appetit :)

Cooking
In the beginning prepare the dough according to the recipe www.povarenok.ru/recipes/show/15768/. And who doesn't want to go into the recipe: just mix all the ingredients and mix well until the dough begins to lag behind the hands. The dough should not be too steep, because then the rude khachapuri. It is better that it was a nice viscous consistency. Cut the dough into 5 pieces.
Prepare the filling: mix grated cheese (instead of feta to take any other hard cheese varieties) raw eggs (number of eggs depends on your taste preferences) and sour cream. It turns out the inside is soft. Next, roll out each piece in the shape of a circle, the centre put the filling and make 8 incisions in the dough from edge to filling. Wetted with water the edges of the dough and start to stretch in the following way (see photo).
Now in a pan with hot oil (seam down)! That's the whole recipe :)
