Jewish sour cream Apple pie
A cake is not very sweet, with lots of toppings, easy and satisfying.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    2.5 cup

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Soda slaked vinegar

    1 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sour cream

    1 cup

  • Apple

    6 piece

  • Raisins

    100 g

  • Cinnamon

  • Lemon peel

    1 tsp

Cooking

Sift the flour, oil grate.

Add all other ingredients for dough and knead the dough. It will be rather sticky, as it should be.

Wrap it in foil and send for an hour in the fridge.

Apples cut into small pieces, sprinkle with lemon juice and stir. Pour boiling water over 100g of raisins for 15-20 minutes. Then rinse it, wring out and mix with apples. Add 1/3 tsp. of cinnamon and 1 tsp of lemon zest.

Remove chilled dough, peel off and mash 2/3 of the cake was on the dry pan or skillet.

Spread over the dough all the stuffing, sprinkle with sugar.

Narva remaining dough with your hands into small pieces and randomly place on top of fruit.

Whisk 1 egg and 1 tbsp sour cream. This will be our fill.

Pour pie.

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees, place baking sheet and bake pie for 25-30 minutes until tender. Bon appetit!!!
