For barbecues and any other meat dishes to vegetable side dishes and salads... Crunchy, fragrant, with a sweet and sour taste. Store in the refrigerator for about a month. Cooked very quickly. And only three ingredients!

  • Red onion

    500 g

  • Vinegar

    270 ml

  • Sugar

    140 g

It's very simple. Wash, peel and cut onion into half rings. Stacked tightly in the jar.

The vinegar and sugar bring to a boil and pour the onion. Let cool to room temperature and refrigerate.

After 24 hours, the bow is ready! We love this onion in vegetable salads. And, of course, to kebabs it is what you need.
