Potatoes peel and wash.
To cut a long top and make a notch by cutting out the inner part of the potatoes. Using a teaspoon or sharp knife to make the notch smooth. The base of the potatoes, too lightly to cut, in order that the potato firmly on baking sheet. Grease potatoes vegetable or olive oil, season with salt.
