Cooking
With chicken remove the skin, cut it, disconnect from the bones and cut into small square pieces.
Cut the onion into rings, garlic finely chopped, or grated. Add 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil, pour the yogurt, add salt and pepper to taste. I had a ready-made seasoning for chicken. Mix everything carefully. Better hands, slightly squeezing the meat. Leave in the refrigerator overnight
15-20 minutes over a good fire and you're done. And more delicious with fire-roasted bread and green onions!
