Chap Whose (Korean Noodles)
This is one of my favorite Korean dishes. Often ordered it in restarane and I really wanted to find a recipe not Populi to taste. UTB it. From noodles in restoranah mostly indistinguishable:). Now prepare capcha iskluchitelno home and everyone who tried it just loved it. The dish is typically served cold or at room temperature, but I like it warm :-). This is the classic recipe, and you can adjust to his liking.

Ingredients

  • Noodles

    250 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Mushrooms

    400 g

  • Spinach

    3 cup

  • Soy sauce

    0.5 cup

  • Sesame oil

    3.5 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Sesame

    1 Tbsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

Pour noodles in hot water and let stand for 10 minutes. This time I used thin noodles and it only enough to soak. If you are using thicker after steeping it is also necessary to kipasa boil in water for 3-4 minutes.

Chop the onion, mushrooms, grate the carrots, spolocnost spinach (if using). I like him, but some people prefer not to use it in a dish.

Mix soy sauce, sesame oil (it must be sesame), sugar, garlic, sesame seeds, pepper (I prefer a very sharp capcha, and you put to taste)

In a large pan, heat 1 tbsp of sesame oil. Fry the onions, carrots, mushrooms -5 minutes. Add the spinach and another 3 minutes (do not worry, there is plenty of it. It is greatly reduced in volume).

Drain noodles, add to pan with vegetables. Then add the mixture of soy sauce. Mix well and allow to simmer on medium heat for 5 minutes, or until the noodles absorb the sauce.
