Banana cheesecake-pie
This dish will appeal to all lovers of banana and curd desserts.

Ingredients

  • Banana

    2 piece

  • Sour cream

    100 g

  • Cheese

    300 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Salt

  • Lemon peel

    1 piece

  • Flour

    125 g

  • Raisins

    50 g

Curd grind in a meat grinder (it is desirable that the cheese was not dry). Raisins pour boiling water (if you want to add it). Beat eggs in a bowl, add a pinch of salt and beat with a mixer at maximum speed for 2-3 min.

Add the lemon zest, raisins and sour cream. Stir with a mixer.

Add the flour, also stir with a mixer.

In the end, add the bananas (pulp). Stir until smooth.

Iron the form of grease cooking oil, sprinkle with flour. And if you have a silicone mold, moisten with water. Pour the batter into the form. Put in the oven for 30-35 minutes at 200 degrees.
