Bread with a crispy crust, "fluffy" and tasty!

Ingredients

  • Water

    220 ml

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Semolina

    80 g

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Butter

    2.5 Tbsp

  • Yeast

    1.5 tsp

In the right order all the ingredients put in the bread machine pan. Putting the "native" mode (3 h 40 min). Crust color - by request, I have dark.

At the end of baking you get this bread. In the context of "fluffy". Weight of bread - 600 g. Bon APPETITE!!!

Lately, baking / cooking use these are the yeast. Very well, they cope well with the test. And are cheaper than SAF-moment and weigh 1 g. more a trifle, but nice!!! :-D
