Caviar squash
Everyone has their own recipe for squash caviar. I offer my prescription.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    1.5 kg

  • Tomato

    1 kg

  • Carrots

    100 g

  • Onion

    100 g

  • Salt

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Sunflower oil

    1 cup

I twist it in a meat grinder except onions. Finely cut onion cubes and fry in oil.Then add everything else and put on a slow fire for about 40 minutes. Then add salt, sugar, pepper and remaining sunflower oil. Continue to simmer 15 minutes, add vinegar and after 5-10 minutes the eggs are ready. The spread in banks and roll.

When you open a jar of caviar, add 1 crushed clove of garlic. Bon appetit.
